Enhanced images generated by our AI are owned by you. We do not claim any rights to the output, though we may use anonymized examples for marketing with your permission.
All rights, title, and interest in the Lumely platform, including our AI models, algorithms, and code, remain our exclusive property.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates. Processing times are estimates (30s - 3 mins) and may vary based on system load.
Lumely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access will cease, but your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
