How long does image processing take?

Most images process in 30s to 3 minutes depending on complexity. Processing time depends on image size, complexity, and current system load. You'll receive an email notification when your image is ready.

When are credits charged?

Credits are only deducted when your job completes successfully. If processing fails or you cancel a job, no credits are charged. This ensures you only pay for successful results.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. Images can be up to 4K resolution. For best results, upload high-quality renders with good lighting and minimal compression artifacts.

Do unused credits expire?

Top-up credits never expire and remain in your account forever. Subscription credits accumulate with each billing period, up to 3x your monthly allowance.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your subscription settings. You'll retain access and credits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for unused time, but you keep any remaining credits.

How does the AI preserve building structure?

Our AI uses edge-detection masks to identify and preserve architectural elements like walls, windows, and structural lines. This ensures your building's design stays intact while we enhance lighting, materials, and overall image quality.

Can I use generated images commercially?

Yes! You own all rights to the enhanced images we generate. Use them freely in presentations, marketing materials, client proposals, or anywhere else you need.
